Madison and Mike drove from the Port Charlotte area to Solis Hall at Wellen Park in Venice Florida to meet me for their anniversary photos in Southwest Florida. They wanted to recreate their bridal portraits to show how much they’ve changed!
Venice Florida Bridal Photos
Mike and Maddie booked me because they felt like their wedding photos from 5 years ago needed an upgrade. Madison bought a new wedding dress and Mike wore his original suit. I also made sure to capture their new upgraded rings since they are completely different from when they first got married! Maddie and Mike are so in love and it’s extremely easy to see in their gallery.
About Photos at Solis Hall in Venice Florida
Wellen Park is brand new (as of 2024) and becoming a super popular spot not only for photos, but just hanging out down here in Southwest Florida. There are lots of shops, docks, and places to just vibe; maybe have a picnic! We mostly shot around Solis hall which is an event venue that you can rent for your wedding. It is a tall white building with steps and big windows!
We also went near the water and got some photos on the dock. We shot at 8am which was the time that worked best for the couple and it was perfect! There was no one there and Solis hall is surrounded with shade at this time so if you want to avoid crowds this is the time to go. I typically recommend one hour before sunset for most shoots but this location is an exception.
To get to Solis Hall, put Wellen Park into your GPS. Then follow the signs with arrows that say “downtown Wellen Park” until you see the big white building and head there to park. There’s always lots of parking available!
I am extremely thankful for my friendship with Madison and Mike and their young romance was incredible to capture in South West Florida!
