Katie and Alec drove from the Tampa area to Sharky’s Restaurant to meet me for their engagement photos in Southwest Florida. This restaurant has a stunning pier in the back that makes incredible depth for any kind of photoshoot!

Katie and Alec contacted me for some sunny and romantic couple photos to celebrate their newfound engagement. Sharky’s was a no brainer for them with the mix of beach scenery, and architectural design with their famous pier. We took lots of ring photos, and you can never have too many romantic lifts!

About Photos at Sharks in Venice Florida

Sharkys is one of the most popular photo spots in Southwest Florida, so sometimes you have to share the underside of the pier with other photographers. But as I shared before, Sharky’s is long and there’s many spots on the beach if someone else is occupying the pier. Although, I’ve never gone to Sharky’s for a shoot and been unable to take photos under the pier! Along with the beach you can go across the street to a grass field, as well as the park directly to the left of the restaurant.

To get there, put in Sharkys in your gps and park anywhere in the main or dirt lot!

I am extremely thankful for my friendship with Katie and Alec and their young romance was incredible to capture in South West Florida!
